The Mossberg 500 Chainsaw is a specialized 12 Gauge pump-action shotgun built around the proven Mossberg 500 platform. Its pistol-grip-only design eliminates the shoulder stock, while the wraparound chainsaw-style fore-end provides a forward gripping surface for cycling the action. The compact 18.5-inch stand-off barrel is designed for close-quarters applications and includes a muzzle stand-off feature for breaching use. Three integrated accessory rails allow compatible lights, lasers, or optics to be mounted. A tang-mounted ambidextrous safety and simple bead sight complete this distinctive tactical configuration.
