A: No it does not, only the 20" 9-shot models have a long enough barrel and magazine tube for the bayonet lug. The shorter barrels like this one don't leave enough space for the rear lug as the forend would hit it when cycling.

A: yes a bead sight will be fine with a shotgun no sight is fine mount gun cheek on stock look at target shoot I shot a tournament and never noticed that my front bead was missing it did not hurt my scores at all
