Picked up my new Mossberg 590A1 today. Perfect condition, exactly as expected and no surprises. I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet but I don't foresee any issues. This is a nice looking shotgun and I'm anxious to get some trigger time with it.

This thing is built...
This thing is built like a tank! Bad ass looking with the parkerized finish. Of course I had to modify it. Installed VAN Comp +1 mag extension and SS follower. Scattergun Technologies sling attach point & sling. So now it's a 6+1 capacity with little-to-no weight increase. Still waiting on the Van Comp extra large safety. Have ATI Cruiser grip in hand. Cleaned & lubed the action. For a new gun it's already pretty smooth. Ready for pattern work and slug accuracy assessment. Should be excellent with the 3 dot rifle sights and the right ammo. Will follow up with a range report. As usual, it was a problem free transaction with Buds. Looks like shipping time from order has decreed with the new warehouse. Ordered on a Friday evening and was out for FFL delivery on Wednesday. Can't beat that.
