The Mossberg 990 SPX AfterShock is an ultra-compact 12 Gauge semi-automatic tactical shotgun designed for maneuverability in security and close-quarters applications. Its 14.75-inch Cerakote OD Green barrel and receiver provide a durable, corrosion-resistant finish, while the gas system and corrosion-resistant internal components support dependable operation. The AfterShock grip helps provide a secure hold and reduce felt recoil. A redesigned forend incorporates an integrated heat shield, M-LOK accessory slots, and QD sling ports, while the extended magazine tube adds further accessory-mounting flexibility. The enlarged loading port, knurled charging handle, oversized controls, and beveled loading area are designed for efficient handling. A winged front fiber optic sight is paired with an optic-ready receiver that accepts the Shield RMSc footprint and includes adapter plates for several additional optic footprints.
