Purchased this gun - excited to get it - opened up the plastic and the gun has several cosmetic issues Yes - the function is fine, but when buying a 700 dollar gun, there are certain customer expectations Not satisfied with Buds response or help - understand the policy, but when a dud gun comes through Buds, I expect Buds to have some sort of discount leverage with their suppliers, put in pictures and make things right - it should be a simple 5-10% off based off the cosmetic issues and not be a hassle on the customers - that ensures quality I work in manufacturing and understand I can't just ship any product, there are standards to keep

Just picked up my new...
Just picked up my new Panzer Arms M4 Speed Pro 12 Gauge today and happy so far....My FFL is also a range so I was able to try it out. I gave it a blast of Ballistol before loading one in the chamber and four in the tube .... it ran perfectly and I repeated the process 3 times with x2 buckshot and never had a hang-up .... that is the most important factor as far as I am concerned .... that it can go from the box to the range and perform without issue. YES it's a nice looking tactical shotgun and Bud's got it to me in two days, thanks. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a semi-auto 12 gauge with a tactical look to it ... I'm going to jazz this one up with a flashlight and a red dot sight. If your considering this M4 clone just spend the extra $150 over the basic version and buy the Speed Pro, it's got lots of cool features your not going to get with the basic model. ..... life is good

Ordered this M4 clone...
Ordered this M4 clone after watching several positive video reviews online. Sights were perfect from 30 yards right out of the box. Broke her in with 50 rounds of slugs and 100 rounds of 00Buck. Put 35 rounds of birdshot through with one failure to eject. Spent shell got caught by the bolt and had to rack it to clear. I'll run some more full power rounds and then try the bird shot again. Delivery was fast as usual from Buds and the gun was in perfect condition. Overall, very pleased.
