A: Sorry the UPC search shows it just a Black Tactical Pistol Grip. Changing the pistol grip out with any stock takes less than 5 minutes, only needs a 1/6 hex wrench. What makes this gun nice is the the solid billet milled receiver.

A: Not currently, Buds checks and updates restricted and banned local laws semiannually. So its very possible to see them one day, but not anytime in the immediate future.
