I so want to love this...
I so want to love this shotty but I made the mistake of putting an oversized charging handle on it from one company. This caused serious immediate cycle issues. I thought I screwed up when I slapped it in but there is really only one way to do it. Long story short I went back to the factory handle and all is well. I mention it just in case you are inclined to want to do what I did. Just test it before you bet your life it'll cycle with something other than the factory charging handle. Don't wanna get caught having to use it as a club instead of a shotty.

When I inspect the...
When I inspect the Tac-13 at my FFL I noticed that the paint or finish was a little rough, if their was more of this on the shelves at buds I would of send it back but it took me 3yrs to get this one so I bit the bullet and kept it. I took it to the range and it barks louder than a REM.1100 magnum I used to own, After the range session I noticed on the Tac-13 that the rough finish now peeled off exposing metal, but she is a keeper and some gun paint on the market can fix the rough finish. The five stars is for the gun functioning like it design and made to do and the quick delivery service Budsgunshop have😁

I literally looked for a year and half for one of these Remington auto shorties and Buds is the only seller that came thru. Buds offered it a reasonable price. Other sellers online priced the few that were available into the stratosphere. The price was right, the shipping prompt, and the communication excellent. The gun runs great right out of the box and I haven't found any of the mainstream, good quality 12 ga shells it doesn't like. I have been happy with the Mossberg Shockwave and it's a fine choice for home defense, but having a semi-auto with such a smooth, reliable action is more agreeable to me than a pump. I tried the Black Aces semi-auto and was disappointed in its reliability. It didn't work at all out of the box and I had to send it back. You get what you pay for. The Remington V3 TAC is the ultimate boom stick. After my long search, I finally have one and it is central to my home defense game plan.
