A: Fixed magazine just refers to any ammo feeding system/device that is not readily detachable/ removable. The tube mag on this shotgun is considered fixed. It is permitted to be owned by CT residents though because in order to be banned by CT law it has to have 2 banned features this only has 1. I'm sure they probably make smaller capacity magazine tubes but buds won't ship a firearm that isn't already state compliant and they won't do any work on a firearm to make it state compliant.
