The UTAS UTS-9 is a compact 12 Gauge pump action shotgun designed for quick handling in the woods and close-quarters home protection. Its dual manually selected magazine tubes provide an 8+1 capacity, with four rounds permanently limited in each tube and one additional round in the chamber. The shotgun accepts 2 1/2-inch, 2 3/4-inch, and 3-inch shotshells, while its positive bolt lock helps secure the action when engaged. An 18.5-inch 4140 steel barrel is threaded for Beretta-style choke tubes, and the top-mounted Picatinny rail supports the addition of an optic. The Desert Tan synthetic-stock configuration includes an energy-absorbing recoil pad and is configured for compliance with applicable requirements in California, New Jersey, New York, and Colorado.
