The Ruger Red Label is a refined 12 Gauge over-under shotgun built for target shooting and field use. Its precision-matched 30-inch blued alloy steel barrels feature extended forcing cones and maximum back boring to help reduce recoil and produce consistent patterns. A stainless steel receiver provides corrosion resistance, while the single mechanical trigger allows the second barrel to fire without recocking. The shotgun includes a two-position tang safety with barrel selector, rebounding hammers, a brass bead front sight, and five steel-shot compatible Briley choke tubes. Its cut-checkered American Walnut stock has a traditional pistol grip, slim tapered forend, Pachmayr recoil pad, and a 14.5-inch length of pull.
