A: Ray, This is a break action shotgun with an adjustable comb and buttstock which would make it fine to fire from either side.

A: they do not make a true left hand model. the only issue will be the break open lever. a lefty will have to push the lever to the right while a right handed person will pull it to the right not a big seal

A: Based upon my research, this is not the version with drop trigger. From what I see, the drop trigger models stock photos show the trigger separated from stock in the photos. Good luck

A: sorry it only comes with a cardboard box the Negrini is about the best case made today I would also check ebay for nasco, americacase or a browning 2 barrel trap case
