The Brownells Meprolight Dovetail Cutter is a dedicated cutting tool for producing the .250 in x 74° dovetail required when altering ramp-style front sights to accept Meprolight universal front sight inserts. It can also be used to open up a standard ramp when installing Brownells Colored Sight Inserts.
