Mount a Picatinny optic securely on a Remington 700 with the Brownells Heavy Duty Picatinny Base. This is a one-piece machined aluminum base built for heavy, long-range scopes, using oversized 8-40 tpi mounting screws for improved grip and stability. Installation requires drilling out and tapping the factory receiver holes to accept the larger screws.
