The RCBS 98908 Competition Powder Measure accurately meters smokeless powder charges by volume for both pistol/small rifle and rifle reloading. It combines an Uniflow-style precision-ground metering drum with a powder baffle and a micrometer adjustment screw, giving you repeatable charge settings and fine control over charge size.
