I ordered this new S&W Bodyguard 2.0 Carry Comp from Bud's since it just came out, it wasn't available at any of the local or even big box FFLs by me, and I'm an impatient knucklehead. I placed my order with Bud's in the morning, and to my utter surprise, I got a notification a few hours later on the same day that the firearm had already shipped out. Btw, Bud's offers Free shipping on all gun purchases. 2 days later and it arrived at my local FFL. That is incredibly fast and efficient service by Bud's. Pistol was brand new, no damage/marks/etc., and came with everything that was supposed to be in the S&W cardboard box (extra 12 rd mag, cable lock, manual, orange chamber flag, etc.). I already shot the original Bodyguard 2.0 at my local range before my purchase, and this new Carry Comp has some great upgrades. If you shoot them side by side, you'll notice the reduction in recoil, even for a .380. So, the ported barrel/comped slide does work well, and I actually prefer the slightly longer barrel and slide. For me, the Carry Comp has better balance. They redesigned and improved the slide serrations, added cocking ears, and upgraded the sights. I like the new Ameriglo high viz, tritium front sight, and the new rear blacked out sight opening isn't as wide as the original 2.0's rear sight. The frame appears to be the same, and the grip texture is terrific. Tacky enough for a good grip but not abrasive for my skin for concealed carry. They also textured the part of the frame where the thumb on my support hand typically rests against the pistol. Nice touch. Mag release is positive and popped out both empty mags with ease. Trigger was better than I expected, although I'm mostly used to Glock and Sig pistols so ymmv. Slide lock lever is very stiff from the get go. I shot some cheap ball ammo, as well as defensive hollow points, and the Carry Comp was 100% reliable, and unlike the original Bodyguard 2.0 with the off kilter sights, the Carry Comp shot dead on. Mind you, I also completely disassembled, cleaned and lubed the Carry Comp before I went to the range. Also, both mags are a huge pain to load at first, and using a Maglula was necessary to get to full capacity. Shockingly, some holster companies already came out with IWB holsters for the Carry Comp (QVO Tactical and Hilliker Holsters). Would I upgrade to this Carry Comp if I already owned the regular Bodyguard 2.0? Probably not, but if I had to choose between the two, I'd definitely go with the Carry Comp.

Fits my Micro 9 perfectly, functions well. I like the finger extension as well. Fast shipping and a good price from Buds!

Awesome deal on an awesome pistol! The echelon 4.5" shoots well and with the gear up package is a really good bargain. Fast shipping from Buds as always. I have about 500rounds through this now and it has been flawless.

Shooting smoothly nice penitration

Conceal nice low profile easy slide

This gun is an all time classic and still feels better that many PCCs today. The gun came without any flaws.

I bought this for a 762 Ti suppressor and it was shipped with lightning speed! Buds has always been good to me and I used to shop the original store in Paris KY. Unfortunately I misplaced the flash hider but will find it somewhere! Highly recommended!

I purchased the Ruger American Rifle (Gen 2), in part, because I have a fondness for Ruger's ruggedness, but I also appreciated that with this rifle length of pull (LOP) could be adjusted with the LOP spacers. I have had other wood stocks shortened by gunsmiths, which improved the rifle's ergonomics but, clearly, that is pricey. Plus, if you wish another family member or friend to use your rifle, you can give them a LOP option, restoring it to your own preferences as you wish. A young shooter, or smaller statured individual, will benefit from this LOP spacing option. Also, in winter when wearing thicker garments LOP is functionally increased; having the option of seasonally changing LOP has its merits. Changing out the LOP spacing proved fairly easy and there are Ruger Tech Tips on YouTube that explain the steps. Check out the video before purchasing. I think the instructionals diagrams could be a bit better and although I initially thought the engineering seemed inelegant, once tightened down he butt seems quite secure and Ruger robust. The photo shows the LOP shortened to 12.75". The riser was adjusted upward as well. The product was delivered within a reasonable time frame and although the packaging seemd a bit light, everything arrived in great condition. I would recommend this product and Bud's Gun Shop.

I have several Walther firearms and know the quality is always great but I was hesitant to pull the trigger on this purchase as I was not familiar with Hammerli. I'm happy to report the quality of this firearm is also good. I wouldn't say it is on par with my other Walthers but definitely well-built and a great value for the money. I would highly recommend this firearm to anyone looking for a fun plinker! As always, thanks Buds for the smooth transfer and fast delivery!

round fire without any problem at all very good price. I ordered 10 boxes great great value for the money and as I said, you can't go wrong with these 22s, but it's a gun shop are always efficient with their shipping. The customer service and all-around products I've been with buds gunshop for at least 20 years and they've never let me down!

Great little weapon this because of his design it's a new design by Winchester, but I like most about it is that it's very lightweight so if you're tracking through the woods, this should be easy to carry all day and into the evening basis I fired it four times already and it's very accurate. It has a nice side on it and I've got a lot of compliments and comments on people. Never seeing this kind of design on the 22. Ask for buds gun shop it requires no reviews. Everybody knows they're great to deal with. You can get a lifetime warranty which they now charged for which is near to me since I've ordered last time. The lifetime warranty was hurry however I don't mind paying to have peace lifetime my weapon. I'm military. I have a lot of experience with weapons and this one fire stand on so if you're looking for something for yourself or maybe even for a youth, this would be an excellent gun that they could transition to as an adult! Shipping was fast and as always a pleasure doing business with buds gun shop.!
