Walther Hammerli TAC R1 C AR-Style .22 LR Blue/Black Pistol

A: Fernando, you can add a pistol brace. If you install a butt stock, you will be creating a short barrelled rifle and would be subjest to registration and $200 tax stamp.

A: installing a stock would make it a illegal NFA short barrel pistol unless you do a lot of paperwork and pay for a NFA tax stamp

A: Hi Fernando and welcome. You can legally add a Brace but a Stock (Short Barreled Rifle - SBR) would require NFA registration and a $200 Tax Stamp. Cheers and stay safe!
