Although I was told that hi-power might be sensitive to any other but brass casings, I had zero problems with this ammo.

Great ammo, although it is thruth that some handguns have problems with extraction of steel casings. I had that problem with notoriously sensitive hi-power. I`ll try it with other handguns, less sensitive to steel casings. Other than that, I haven`t noticed any more residue than with other types of ammo.

The prairie model turned out to have excellent accuracy. Never any malfunctions and 1/4" to 1/2" groups with Hornady Black 62 grain ammunition.

MAC has knocked it out of the park with this pistol! I have roughly 800 rounds through it and have had ZERO issues whatsoever. The grip is just right gor my hand, plus the extended slide release is super handy. The trigger is amazing, not as good as a Staccato, but the difference is so minimal, I dont notice it when shooting. I highly recommend this pistol to anyone looking to get into the 2011 game.

I like the gun. I havent fired yet but dont expect any problems.. BEWARE THOUGH. i did have a issue with cycling some ammo! I had some loaded 44 special in 240gr RN with a medium flat on top that measured in at 1.44" OAL.. the bullet would feed on the lifter but then another would try to feed and jam between the tubing wall and the lifter right on the mouth opening.. The lever would lock open and not budge.. Found that if i removed the lever screw and the lever it would release pressure on the lever and the bullets would come out of the tube.. I had some 265gr Cast lyman 429244 SWC that i loaded at a OAL of 1.545", they loaded right up and fed and ejected. NO JAMS! beware that too short a case may cause alot of jams. Other than that it was TIGHT and nice looking.. no missing screws or anything... I think it will be a nice shooter and i like it!
