The product should be fine, I give the Mags 5 Stars! I have other BX25 mags and they run fine. This experience was the strangest one I have ever got from Bud's. They accidently overcharged me by a few bucks and I caught it so called in and spoke to a lady after calling customer service. That lady treated me poorly and would not admit that a mistake had been made. And why did they sell me insurance when I did not click the box to buy it? Oh it's already clicked, you have to un-click it. She said she can cancel the insurance but it only takes 1 dollar off and shipping is 12 bucks and change. Why didn't she just say, sorry for the mistake we'll correct it? I was frustrated and said well perhaps I should simply cancel the order completely...? And that No Customer Service Lady proceeded to threaten me with a 15% restocking charge. Nice. So I told her to go ahead and ship the order but with no insurance and for no more than 56 bucks and change. She did correct the charges to my bank card so it was right, but I see that I was charged $13 and change for shipping so she didn't take off the insurance like we agreed! She needs fired from Customer Service. ZERO Stars for Customer Service lady...

I have never owned a postol like this before, it is by far the smoothest shooting pistol. I have only put around 150 rounds through it, but it is very fun to shoot. Breakdown and cleaning was easy, they included just about all the tools you would need in the box. Great range toy or competition worthy if you are into that. Great service from buds as always.
