A: Yes, this pistol has a frame mounted decock lever. Many thought the "Decocker" was broken as the hammer would not drop. The issue turned out to be the frame mounted decock lever had to be pulled all the way to the end of travel to engage/the hammer.

A: Casey, Yes it will. The 10rd and 15rd Mags are the same physical size with the 10rd Mags being internally blocked for sale in capacity restricted States.

A: The best advice I can give you is to find a local gun shop/gun range and rent one. Try it out and see if it meets your needs. Almost any major manufacturer will give you decent longevity and reliability, it comes down to individual "taste".
