My go-to for an out-of-the-box competition 9mm; I have added no custom features and it serves me well. Easy to use. Reliable; I don't think I've ever had a malfunction. Trigger is a good feel. Ergonomic, the mag release is just where my thumb hits it. The grip just feels "right" in my hand. The interchangeable backstrap is a nice feature to customize it to the shooter's hand.

Built well and cycles great but has a long and hard trigger. I'm giving it 4 stars as they resolved this in the 2.0. I just installed the Apex 100-026 duty and carry trigger kit and looking forward to a lighter and shorter pull.

This is such a great gun. Deadly accurate with a good amount of ammo in the magazine. Field strip is very simple. I couldn't be happier.

After paying off my M&P 40 which i had put on lawaway, I picked it up at my FFL dealer in just three days. Fantastic service and shipping from Bud"s. This pistol is ready to go right out of the box. Very accurate and no FTE or FTF after 200 rounds. This pistol shot any ammo i fed it. After 38 years in law enforcement and now working as a hospital security officer, I feel confident that this pistol will do the job should i ever have to use it. The trigger pull is not quiet as crisp as my M&P9c but only takes a little practice to manage. If you are considering this pistol, do not hesitate to purchase.I have carried several pistols on duty, Glocks, Sigs,and Colts included and the M&P is my favorite hands down. Thank you Buds for another pain free purchase, You guys are great, I have not purchased a firearm from anyone else for several years. and will only buy from Bud's in the future.

I’ve shot 15 rounds of brass cased and 15 rounds of aluminum cased ammo through it without any problems. I definitely recommend the gun

I love this gun! Buds did an amazing job getting it to me in a MORE reasonable amount time. I ordered it Friday night, it was at the FFL Tuesday morning. I am very impressed with this gun. Its crazy accurate! I made a 50 yrd BULLSEYE first shot out of the box....and trust me I know that's hard to believe with all the liars these days, buts its the truth. Only two issues I had with this particular pistol. 1) I thought I was getting the stainless one. Only because I didn't know they made one that wasn't stainless.( Totally My Fault ) Turns out the stainless one is around $30 more. 2) The trigger is hard to get used to. I was able to use it without any problems. On the other hand my cousin couldn't hit anything. 100% because of the trigger. Considering there is no safety on this fire arm, the trigger is necessary. I give this pistol a 10. all day!
