  Gary, As long as you have all you MA State required documents in to BUDs you can purchase and have this sporting rifle delivered to you favorite FFL for transfer to you for your sporting or defensive use.

  Brenden, yes Sir. The barrel is stamped 5.56NATO and will fire both 5.56 and .223 no issues.
