its a black frame with a Blued slide (looks black) blue is an electrochemical conversion coating process in which steel is partially protected against rust, and is named after the blue-black appearance of the resulting protective finish

The finish is Black. Bluing is a term used for the process of coating to also protect against rust.

Hi Rene, the color is black. When it says 'Blue/Black', the blue just refers to the bluing process used on the finish. Stay safe & have a great day!
