Would someone please tell me what is the difference between the Taurus Model 2441069T and the Model 2441069MAG?  Which is the most popular?

Hi Steve and welcome. The only difference is the "Transfer Bar" Safety for the Hammer and the 2441069MAG has a regular Hammer for firing. I would favor the Transfer model 2441069T so the hammer can rest on a live round safely. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!
