Is there an smooth upgrade aftermarket trigger that would work well in this Les Baer 10 mm (hoping for more like 2 lbs, not the 4 lb trigger that it comes with)? Can red dot sights be fitted to this? Any recommendations on the best? Thanks.

Hi Brian and welcome. This model is not Optics Ready. There are dovetail based mounting plates that replace the rear sight. -- https://www.mountsplus.com/1911-red-dot-mounts.html --------------- Not trying to dissuade you but, given the recoil spring weight, 10mm with full loads and the trigger reset threshold, 2lbs may be asking for trouble. If you are a professional and comfortable with 2lbs then so be it, there are 2lbs kits and folks that do trigger jobs. Cheers, stay safe and enjoy!

Wow, 2lb trigger on a 10mm model, you're a brave soul 😆 also, this model is Not optics ready.
