I watched some videos on thus piece and have not seen one make mention of or try to pull both triggers at once. I'm saying no you can't but as James mentioned, you can call Italian Firearms Group Customer Service at (800) 450-1852 to verify.

Hi Corey, I am almost certain you can, although it does not specify in the owner's manual. There is one safety selector switch for both barrels, and each trigger has it's own firing pin,so with the safety off, one or both barrels should be able to be fired. Stay safe & have a great day!
