Well it is not a pistol, it is a short barreled rifle thus the SBR in the name and is subject to NFA regulation and needs a tax stamp. Though as I understand them, MD laws still require that SBRs comply with the regulations banning specific features. So in this case I'd say no, not legal due to having the folding stock and flash suppressor.
