Hey, Joe, two things, the other calibers almost always sell quicker than the 338 and Buds is sitting on a large stock of 338's. Once their numbers go down the prices will be more inline with the other calibers.
its not as popular which results in a larger stock at both Buds and the distributor. I expect that it will ne a Caliber that savage looks at dropping in this rifle
Hi Joe, The other calibers sell quick. It leaves the undesirable ones. Buds uses an automatic inventory price update engine that runs every 20mins. Prices are tied directly to stock levels and will change as stock numbers change. As inventory numbers go down, prices go up and vice-versa. Usually when popular items get low in stock.
