I don't currently own this Lee but, the standard 1911 "Railed holster" will fit/work just fine. I have not come across any reviews of this firearm that has mentioned any cycling issues with a wide range of 9mm ammunition including HP's.
None of my 1911's are 100% reliable (I put more rounds through them in a year than most people will in a lifetime). That's why we practice remediation drills. I carry CZs because I've had the least trouble with them of any pistol I've owned.
I can't comment on Remington 1911 quality, but a holster for a railed 1911 should work, however double stack 1911/2011s tend to have slightly wider frames, so take that into consideration..
