No it is not on the CA DOJ approved handgun list see link https://www.oag.ca.gov/firearms/certguns?make=Sturm%2C+Ruger+%26+Co.&=Apply

Hailey, it is not. The only Ruger "Semi-Auto" pistol currently on the California Approved roster is the "LC380CA 03253 / Alloy; Polymer ". I anticipate other Ruger semi-auto's will follow soon.
