Freedom, the Super Blackhawk Bisley is the same frame/size as the 44Mag Model. It will handle the Buffalo Bore "Heavy +P 4 Colt Ammunition".  As far as the TC only loads, I would get this blessing or not directly from Ruger at 336-949-5200 Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm ET).

yes it will handle the ruger/tc only loads the rugers they are talking about is the Blackhawk and the super blackhawk
