i got this 1187 and just got the slug barrel from buds also it doe not want to load the shell without me pushing the ejector forward any help would be appreciated

lock slide back drop shell in side an hit the slide release shell should chamber if not contact Remington for repair at 1-800-243-9700. Do not ease the bolt forward but let it slam shut (just as it would if you were firing the gun)
