Is the specified length with the spacers installed or without. I'm trying to find out what the LOP adjustment range. Thank you.

Lyubomyr, Overall length is 40.25" and LOP is 13.25" to 14.25".  The gun's most important feature is the new Remington Adjustable Length of Pull System, providing for a full one-inch of adjustment in increments, utilizing the two 1/4-inch spacers, one 1/2-inch spacer and corresponding screws.
