it comes with 1 16 round magazine To keep our firearms affordable, one magazine is included with each firearm purchase. Additional magazines for your firearm(s) can be purchased at Advanced Tactical or other after market magazine manufacturers. On a side note I sent mind back to RIA and had a 40S&W barrel fitted to be able to shoot both (10mm and 40) with a barrel and spring change
