Jay, no Sir. NJ seems allergic to "Pistol Gripped" Shotguns. https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf
No Jay, sorry, the pistol grip precludes it being legal in New Jersey.
Hey there user. Well being as it is a bullpup and the action is behind the grip makes it legal. What makes it "NOT" legal is the 29.5" OAL! I guess Jersey requires an OAL of 30". Call BUDS get the actual measurements to see if it reaches that requirement. But the grip is a non issue due to the action being so far back. " If grip protrudes from under action " Where bullpup grip is in front and cheek pretty much sits on action. 30" OAL for bullpup. Hope this helps
This is LEGAL just like the VR80 is legal, and being sold at local FFLs. I just want a Bullpup. There is no '30" law in NJ, it's 18" barrel and OAL 26"
Per NJ laws as shown on Buds NJ state compliance page - "A semi-automatic shotgun with either a magazine capacity exceeding six rounds, a folding stock or a pistol grip." This has a pistol grip, so it would not be compliant.
