Jose - for some reason this isn't on the approved list for CA.. You might call Buds and ask, since the Thompson Compass in 300 Wing Mag IS on the list - and it has a threaded barrel as well. Yes it is CA legal as a bolt action the flow chart does not apply but I would verify this with my local FFL holder (and give him a chance to see if he can match the total price)

Jose, yes Sir. Bolt action rifles do not carry the same feature restrictions as the semi-auto rifles.
