ESP - there are currently NO HK .22LR pistols on the CA approved handgun roster. None. So making this legal isn't really feasible. Sorry.

The only way this would be legal is if you turned it into a rifle. That would mean putting a 16 inch barrel on it as well as a stock. You're better off looking for a rifle if this is what you want. Handgun selection is limited in California.
