Does the newer Gen 5 34 have a solid slide on all the 34 models, or do some gen 5 34's still have cutout on the top of the slide like the previous Gen's? I do prefer the solid slide, thanks

Genaro, yes, they do have the "New closed-top slide design". Genaro - this one has the 'closed slide' design.  You'll also find that the G34's grip doesn't have the small moon cut in the front, unlike other Gen5 models. The magazine well is also slightly funneled, with a small amount of flare - an aid to faster reloads.  Comes with four back strap inserts and the tool to change them out, ensuring you a 'custom' grip.  Also comes with four sight mounting plates, to give you a wide option choice of which optic you might want to install.  (I recommend the Vortex Venom.  It functions very well, and is a durable sight - plus it comes with Vortex's "No Questions Asked"  Warranty.
