Patricio, it is not. To be legal in California, it would have to have passed CA stringent test protocols and be placed on the CA DOJ Approved Roster. That list is here for Ruger : https://oag.ca.gov/firearms/certguns?make=Sturm%2C+Ruger+%26+Co.

Patricio - I guess Ruger has not seen fit to pay California the "ransom money" necessary to get this pistol on the 'approved' list. So, it can't be shipped to California. Sorry.
