Jonathan, yes Sir, this rifle is legal in Hawaii. Hawaii has a law that restricts Handgun capacity to 10rds and since AR Pistols are considered "Pistols", just don't use the 30rd Magazine in AR Pistols.

Yes it is 100% legal in Hawaii. Hawaii does not have any restrictions on rifles https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/feeds/state_reg/hawaii_restrictions.pdf
