John, Options I've been considering: - Burris Fastfire 3 (3 MOA dot or 8 MOA dot) - Vortex Venom (3 MOA dot or 6 MOA dot) - Primary Arms Micro Dot (2 MOA dot). The PA dot is about half the street price of the other options. I'm mainly considering it because I have one on my wife's M&P 15-22 that's held up well over a few years of use, and I might use it as a "take off" and upgrade the red dot on that rifle instead.
John - I personally go for the Vortex (Venom, or Viper) every time. I like buying something that works well, and the comfort of knowing it has a "no questions asked" lifetime warranty, and comes from a company with great customer service if you ever need it. Lots of good red dots out there these days for sure, but I've come to believe Vortex offers the most value for your buck.
Hi John, I would highly recommend the new Nikon https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/712016045/nik+p-tac+spur+reflex+sight or the Burris Fastfire 3. https://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/79679/burris+300234+fast+fire+iii+reflex+w%2fpicatinny+mount+univers The Vortex has many issues.
