John, It is possible to lower trigger pull by replacing the rebound and/or main springs. However, almost everyone advises against replacing springs on a self-defense gun for liability reasons. Especially with an SA/DA revolver like this, I would not consider changing out the springs because you probably can get the DA & SA trigger pulls down close to 10 & 4 pounds just by cleaning up the insides. A competent gun smith is recommended reliability especially if it will be carried for self defense. Cheers!
I would recommend speaking with a well qualified gunsmith and get his or hers professional recommendation. Honestly, I wouldn't touch it. I'd leave it as is, especially for conceal carry. It was my pleasure to assist you.
