Cory, Buds usually does not open/alter new firearms packages including Magazines. I have heard from members that if magazine capacity is the ONLY State restriction, some Customer Service Reps have offered this so I would contact Buds to see whether they will or not at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
Corey, No. Firearms can not be altered in any way from the factory to ship to CO. That includes removing the magazine. So no go for CO.
We dont work for them. They wont alter and guns.
Buds has said that if the capacity is the only issue they will remove the mags and ship the firearm without it. They don't swap them, but you can still get the firearm and then get the 15rd or less mags locally or online.
