David, that version for the Maverick on Mossberg's website is listed as model 95065 here : (https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/46334/mossberg+heat+shield+kit+blued) and the one above is 95066. Interesting that they both list the 500/590 12 gauge only. I would simply contact Mossberg Customer Service to be sure at (800) 363-3555.
