William, If your choice is between this and the G30, G30 hands down. I would stay as far away from the 45 GAP round as I could. Some of my buddys had an infatuation with that round when it came out and now their 45 GAP Glocks just sit in the safe. Glock G30 all the way if that is your other option. 45 ACP over 45 GAP always.
I agree with Michael W and I would stay with the 45 acp. ammo selection and availability win hand down for me
William, the Glock 30 will give you the main benefits of (1) higher variety of ammunition choices of the common .45ACP loads, (2) the higher conceal-ability of a smaller handgun and the most important (3) peace of mind from a caliber that never truly caught on, making it more difficult/expensive to find.
