The only location I could find was Paso Robles, California. That is on the barrel. Their list of owners manuals show a lot of firearms made in other countries, but not this one.

Aaron, The Element is made in Turkey by ATA Arms, as are the 12 and 20 gauge Weatherby SA-08 gas operated shotguns.
