It is Massachusetts compliant whch means t factory guns that lack a manual safety (This has a safety so it does not require the 10 lb trigger ) have to have a 10 lb trigger pull. Also Manufacturers have to submit guns for testing, and those that pass the drop tests are approved for sale.
