Yes, Ruger ec9s can handle+p ammunition. Ruger recommends limited use since +p ammo can wear parts quicker than standard velocity ammo but unless you're shooting thousands of rounds doubt you'll ever notice a difference from standard velocity ammo. Hope this helps.

Yes it rated plus P but worth such a light small gun it'll make it really snappy and unpleasant to shoot, probably want to limit plus P to deffensive ammo and do range/practice with standard pressure.

yes it is +P rated however +P ammo will cause faster wear on the gun so I would only shoot enough to find a reliable and accurate defense load the shoot standard 9MM for range/practice
