This is not compliant in NJ, it has an adjustable stock, and a pistol grip, which makes 2 banned features and make it non compliant. https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf
no even though it is pinned it is still a flash suppressor (banned) telescoping stock (banned) and a pistol Grip(banned ) any 2 of which make it illegal
Just an FYI Randy this features a pinned Compensator which is not a banned feature. It features a FSC556 compensator Not a flash hider Full specs on that comp are here https://bravocompanyusa.com/primary-weapon-systems-fsc556-tactical-compensator-mod-2/ ------------------------ doesn't change that its not compliant due to the pistol grip and non fixed stock
Donnell, unfortunately it is not Sir. It still has a combination of too many other prohibited features such as a Pistol Grip, adjustable Stock & Threaded Barrel. Cheers and stay safe! I would check out Dark Storm at : https://www.dark-storm.com/new-jersey/
Unfortunately this is not new jersey compliant/legal. To many banned features. Hope this helps.
No it is not. Telescoping stock, threaded barrel, and flash hider to go along with the pistol grip, too many 'evil' features. Although Paul is correct that this is a compensator (not pinned, muzzle threaded 1/2 x 28), it is a flash suppressing compensator, and any device that claims to supress flash, compensator or not, is illegal in NJ. Donnell, guns like this are easily made NJ compliant by having the stock pinned and changing muzzle device to muzzle brake and having it pinned/welded. You'd be better off checking local gun shops in your area, guaranteed they have carbines like this in stock & NJ compliant.
