No unfortunately they will not. The pistol grip and the telescoping stock are both banned fetuses as you know. And Copy and paste from buds NJ compliance section. "We will not ship firearms to a third party to be modified or changed in any way from manufactured specifications. The firearm you purchase must be compliant AS IS from the manufacturer before we will ship." You'd need either a stripped lower that you'd build yourself or one that didn't have either rather pistol grip or adjustable stock. You can have one but not both feature

Jayson, unfortunately Buds does not ship non compliant firearms parts to local FFL Dealers even if the FFL is willing to do compliance modifications. This has always been Buds policy. Cheers and stay safe!

Sorry but buds will not alter a firearm in any way except removing the magazine to make it state compliant. They also won't ship a firearm that isn't already state compliant. Hope this helps.

Jayson, no Bud's will not ship firearms to FFL for compliance work, must be NJ compliant when it leaves Bud's facility. I don't like it, but that's what it is.
