This has a nDLC finish, the matte black is either a typo or referring to the frame. Yes Austria is wrote on the side. Hope this helps.

Thomas, this is correct as it has the nDLC Finish and the PA Model Number will say Made in Austria. The U Model Numbers are the Made in USA models. Cheers and stay safe!
